There’s no need for a color printer. All of our resources can be printed in black or white.

Some districts block audio files they do not own, meaning the audio may not play for your students on this platform. In this case, we have no way to alter your district’s settings. While the audio enhances the student’s experience in the learning quest, students are able to complete the activities without it. You can record your own voice and insert the sound clip on the slides and your district should allow that.

We are sorry, but Google Slides and Powerpoint do not allow users to manipulate or move objects while in presentation mode. One solution is to use the zoom feature in your internet browser. You can zoom out at about 25% and the calendar will take up more of the screen. The side slides become tiny.

In Canvas you can embed the Google Slides document version of the literacy centers directly from your Google Drive folder. When students open the assignment, the students will automatically be given a copy of the file for their student submission. Students can make changes per the assignment instructions (interactive) directly from the Canvas assignment page then submit the assignment for your review.

Hello, this is a great question. Our read-aloud resources are book companion lesson plans. Due to copyright laws, we do not include the actual books. You will need to purchase or borrow the books to use with your class. Sometimes teachers find YouTube videos of the stories being read and share those with their class instead.
